Librarius Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement on the Service (app and website) and publishes our designated agent information under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This is not legal advice.
1. Service provider
- Legal name: Librarius Inc.
- Services: Librarius mobile app and website librarius.app (including www.librarius.app).
2. Designated agent

3. How to submit an infringement notice
If you believe material hosted on Librarius infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent (preferably by email) that includes at least:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if there are multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Service (for example a URL, username, or screenshot).
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receiving a valid notice, Librarius may remove or disable access to the material identified and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it, in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
4. Counter-notification
If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same designated agent. It must meet applicable legal requirements (including identification of the material, your contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury). Librarius may restore the material within the timeframes and conditions the law allows, unless the claimant files a court action.
5. Misuse and repeat infringement
Filing false notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences. Librarius may restrict or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Responsible use policy.
6. Other channels
For reports of harassment, spam, or other community guideline issues that are not copyright claims, use in-app reporting tools or regular support contact. DMCA claims must go to the designated agent on this page.
